The Governance & Nominating Committee of HealthPRO Canada is seeking expressions of interest and nominations from HealthPRO Canada shareholder member organizations for Directors to join the competency-based Board and support delivery of HealthPRO strategic priorities.

HealthPRO Canada, collectively owned by more than 2,000 healthcare facilities across nine provinces and the territories, is Canada’s leader in national group purchasing. By uniting significant buying power and deep procurement expertise, HealthPRO helps the healthcare system access to high quality, safety, cost‑effective products and innovative services, returning 100% of profits to members and strengthening supply‑chain resilience nationwide.

The Board plays a critical strategic role, providing governance oversight, guiding national procurement strategy, influencing multi‑jurisdictional health‑system partners, and ensuring accountability and transparency.

We are seeking Directors who can strengthen the Board in one or more of these areas:

• Supply Chain/Procurement
• Stakeholder Relations/Public Affairs
• Information Technology/AI
• Corporate Governance
• Financial Expertise
