HealthPRO Canada members now have access to new multi-supplier national contracts for Paramedic Services Uniforms Supply and Management Services, providing streamlined access to paramedic uniform solutions through awarded suppliers. 

This procurement process was completed as a Signature Process in collaboration with British Columbia Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) and enables members to leverage an award completed with one of our members, supporting efficient and timely purchasing and permit members to gain the greatest benefit from collective buying power. 

Key Features of the Contracts

Uniform Category Includes 4 new contracts: 

• SC06820 - EMS - Flight Suits 

• SC06824 - EMS - Dress Uniforms 

• SC06768 - EMS - Uniforms 

• SC06770 - EMS – Footwear 

These contracts provide a fully managed uniform program, including customized uniform supply, inventory management, warehousing, and access to online supplier catalogues with web-based ordering. Through this national, multi-supplier agreement, members benefit from streamlined access to trusted suppliers and efficient support for their paramedic uniform programs.

Contract Details 

• Contract Period: May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2030, with two (2) additional two-year Option Term.
• Multiple Suppliers: Multi-supplier award: Unisync Group Limited, Marks Commercial, Peak Apparel Ltd., and Work Authority.
• Availability: Open to HealthPRO Canada members
