Launched on May 16th, members will now be able to view supply disruption updates via a single form, which will be updated daily. 

HealthPRO’s ability to help manage supply disruptions relies heavily on accurate and timely information from suppliers. To that end, we have designed a new communication protocol to ensure suppliers have a clear way to communicate supply disruptions to us, which we can then help manage on behalf of our members.

This new supplier communications channel will help us understand the full extent of the disruption (or potential disruption) sooner and will allow us to proactively communicate pertinent details to members. This will enable healthcare facilities across the country to better manage potential impact on patients and mitigate overall risk.
