Publicly funded organizations, or organizations contracting on their behalf (HealthPRO), must comply with all applicable provincial, regional and global regulations and trade agreements. Although procurement regulations exist in all provinces, Ontario’s Broader Public Sector (BPS) Procurement Directive is the most rigorous – by complying with BPS, we meet all other provincial regulations.
