The catalogue-based agreement offers pre-vetted options from multiple suppliers for common spaces such as reception areas, offices, lounges, outdoor areas, and other general-use settings. 

This contract helps members save time, reduce procurement effort, and move more quickly to purchase, without running separate competitive processes. Thank you to our members at Nova Scotia Health and 3sHealth who helped lead its development to ensure it reflects real operational needs. 

Contract SC06571 Healthcare and Office Furniture 

Key Features of the Contract 

Comprehensive Furniture Solutions: Provides a broad catalogue of office and healthcare furniture, along with related components, accessories, and services such as delivery, installation, warranty, maintenance, and removal of old furniture. 

Supports Ongoing and New Projects 

• Ongoing needs: Ensures consistency and standardization with existing furniture lines. 

• New projects: Offers support for new builds and renovations, including space planning, design, customization, and project management. 

Contract Details: 

• Contract Period: July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2031, with one (1) additional two-year Option Term. 

• Multiple Suppliers: Multi-supplier award with optional supplier selection to ensure flexibility and choice. 

• Additional Services: Members may request added services, such as design consultation, space planning, and project planning, directly from suppliers to support facility redevelopment and new construction. 

• Awarded suppliers include Staples, Global Furniture Group*, Haworth, Krug, MillerKnoll, Pineapple Contracts, The Stevens Company
