The Capital Equipment team identifies emerging needs across member hospitals and develops strategic sourcing initiatives for capital equipment. We evaluate the market opportunities, conduct competitive procurement processes, and establish national contracts that help members purchase essential equipment efficiently and cost-effectively.

With dedicated resources, we deliver new contracts faster, ensuring timely access to the right equipment solutions and stronger value through supplier partnerships.

How do you help members make more cost-effective capital equipment decisions?The Member Success team in collaboration with the strategic sourcing team supports members in making cost-effective purchasing decisions by combining strategic sourcing with market insights and data-driven analysis, such as basket analysis. In addition, we also provide technical product information, cross referencing information and have in house clinical resources so members can compare options with confidence.
By offering access to national contracts, customized solutions, and expert procurement support, our contracts enable member hospitals to make informed capital investment decisions. This approach helps optimize budgets while ensuring that the equipment acquired meets both clinical and operational requirements.
