Sebastien Beauchamp

Sebastien Beauchamp is currently the Vice President, Government Relations at Dynacare. He is a purpose-driven Life Sciences and Corporate Affairs Executive with cross-disciplinary expertise spanning the entire healthcare value chain, from biopharmaceuticals, medtech and more recently, to the laboratory diagnostics sector. Over the years, he has developed a recognized expertise in corporate strategy, governance, value-based healthcare, and business transformation through various strategic roles in leading global life sciences companies.

Sebastien is a decisive and visionary leader, recognized for collaborating with policymakers and other key stakeholders to introduce policies and procedures in support of the adoption of innovative health technologies, all while keeping a uniform and patient-centered approach. He was a select member to the 2015 edition of the prestigious Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference, acting as co-chair.

Sebastien holds a baccalaureate degree in Science (B.Sc.) from the Université du Québec à Montréal, an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Université Paris-Dauphine and a Master of Laws (LL.M) specialized in Innovation and Technology, from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He completed the Rotman School of Management Directors Education Program to subsequently received the designation of Corporate Director (ICD.D).
