Remi Alexis Menes is a globally experienced healthcare executive with over twenty-five years of leadership experience across Canada, Europe, Latin America (LATAM), and the United States. Currently serving as Vice President, Commercial Services at Inizio Engage Canada, Remi leads many teams representing a diverse portfolio of biopharma clients. His focus is on driving commercial success, leading operational transformation, leveraging technology to enhance productivity, and fostering innovation while ensuring operational excellence.

Remi’s career spans executive roles in both multinational corporations and entrepreneurial ventures, including leadership positions at Merck, Abbott, AbbVie, McKesson, and Novelion. At McKesson Canada, he led the Specialty Patient Programs. This role provided a comprehensive understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape, including wholesale, distribution, specialty pharmacy, and infusion clinic operations.

Remi’s interest in board service is driven by a desire to apply deep expertise in strategy development, tactical planning, marketing communications, risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement to organizations pursuing purposeful growth. He currently serves on the Boards of Parkinson Quebec (as Vice President of the Board and Chair of the Governance Committee) and CanaQuest Medical (as Chair of the Medical Advisory Committee).

Known for a disciplined and collaborative leadership style, Remi brings strong financial acumen, cross-cultural experience, and a commitment to inclusion and mentorship. His ability to navigate complex regulatory and commercial environments enables him to deliver strategic value and support impactful, sustainable outcomes in governance settings.

He received his BSc in Chemistry and an MBA from the University of Concordia. He has obtained his Board of Directors designation (ICD.D) from the Institute of Corporate Directors, in collaboration with the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University and the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
