NL and SK health teams recognized for patient engagement initiatives

The Regional Medicine Program team from Newfoundland and Labrador’s Eastern Health and the Long-Term Care Yorkton team from Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) have been selected as the 2020 winners of the Recognizing Excellence in Patient Engagement for Patient Safety Program.
