As the Chief Procurement & Supply Chain Officer at Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), I lead a province-wide strategic end-to-end Supply Chain function that supports health care in BC. With over 30 years of experience in global procurement and supply chain management, I have successfully reduced costs, streamlined manufacturing, and digitalized supply chain across multiple industries, including mining, construction, and health care.

My core competencies include supplier management, supply chain risk management, contract negotiation, inventory optimization, and lean manufacturing. I am passionate about creating value for the organization and the stakeholders, while ensuring quality, safety, and sustainability. I am also a lifelong learner and a mentor, holding an SCMP designation, a BCOM, an MBA, and an ICD.D designation, and encouraging others to pursue their education and professional development. In 2019, I was honored as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Supply Chain Canada and one of the Top 500 Leaders in BC.
