President and CEO


As President and CEO, Christine leads Canada’s largest healthcare procurement organization serving 1,300 healthcare facilities nationwide, to advance innovative and sustainable solutions to overcome the country’s greatest healthcare challenges.

With 30+ years of healthcare and supply chain experience, Christine works with our members, suppliers, industry associations and all levels of government to spearhead strategic initiatives designed to advance patient safety, sustainability and supply assurance. 

Christine first joined HealthPRO Canada in 2017 leading the organization’s national Pharmacy portfolio and subsequently serving as Interim President and CEO from 2023-2024.  Prior to joining HealthPRO Canada, Christine was Regional Director of Pharmacy Services at Windsor Regional Hospital, where she oversaw pharmacy operations for a multi-site inpatient program, the regional cancer centre, as well as accredited outpatient pharmacies. 

Christine has a Bachelor of Science degree (Pharmacy) from the University of Toronto and a Master’s degree in Adult Education, earned The Osgoode Certificate in Public Procurement Law and Practice and is a member of Health Canada’s Multi-Stakeholder Steering Committee (MSSC) on Drug Shortages.

Kendra Frey, CSCMP

Vice President, Materials Management


As Vice President of Materials Management, Kendra is responsible for the strategic oversight of several business units under HealthPRO Canada’s Materials Management portfolio, including Clinical, Support Services, Nutrition and Food Services, Capital Equipment and Signature Services. In this capacity, she drives new strategies to deliver the best value to members. 

Kendra first joined HealthPRO Canada in 2002 and has held progressively senior roles, including her most recent as Senior Director of Materials Management.

Kendra is a certified Supply Chain Management Professional and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Management Economics from the University of Guelph.

Jennifer Potvin

Vice President, Strategy and Partnerships


Jennifer leads Strategy and Partnerships at HealthPRO Canada, Canada’s group contracting provider for healthcare, dedicated to connecting healthcare teams across 1,300 healthcare facilities with the essential supplies and solutions necessary to deliver high-quality care to Canadians. Jennifer oversees the Corporate Excellence department, where she leads the development of strategic growth and operational initiatives, corporate responsibility and sustainability, public affairs, marketing and communications, and business transformation.

Before joining HealthPRO Canada in 2012, Jennifer honed her skills in strategic communications and public relations, providing counsel to advance renowned international brands such as Unilever, Barilla, Cadbury, and the Four Seasons Hotels. Her expertise has been recognized through numerous awards, including accolades from the International Association of Business Communicators and the Canadian Society of Public Relations. Jennifer's diverse background also includes experience as a morning show producer and on-air reporter for Montreal's leading English radio stations.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the John Molson School of Business (Concordia University), a Digital Marketing certificate from Cornell University, and is currently pursuing her ESG Designation from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Dan Fudge

Vice President, Finance


Dan Fudge joins HealthPRO Canada with 15 years of experience in financial management. He has held a variety of positions, including the role of Controller at both Linamar and Johnson Controls Inc., two multi-national automotive suppliers. Leveraging the tools and skills developed at these large public companies, Dan progressed to assume the head of finance roles at various private manufacturers, including CFO of Mechtron Innovations, CFO of Kromet International and VP of Finance at Tayco Panelink Ltd.

Dan obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2003 from Memorial University of Newfoundland and his CPA-CMA (Chartered Professional Accountant – Certified Management Accountant) professional designation from Certified Management Accountants of Ontario in 2005.

Sandra Penman

Vice President, People and Culture


As HealthPRO Canada’s inaugural Vice President of People and Culture, Sandra is a performance-driven leader who is dedicated to optimizing the employee experience. Her 20+ years of experience across all aspects of human resources programs, policies and services, combined with her people-first leadership style, contributed to establishing HealthPRO Canada as a Great Place To Work®.

Prior to joining HealthPRO Canada in 2019, Sandra acquired over 15 years of experience providing leadership to the management and the HR teams at Johnson Controls Automotive (Adient and Setex) to deliver on the organizations’ mission and strategy. During her tenure, Sandra coached leadership and delivered training programs to earn and build employee trust across Canada and the US. She also spearheaded employee relations programs including peer reviews and health and safety initiatives.  

Sandra earned her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation and HR Law certificate from the Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. She also holds an HR Executive Suite Connection certificate from Harvard Business School, a Strategic Human Resources Leadership certificate from Cornell University and her Certified Payroll Professional Designation (CPA Level 2) from the Canadian Payroll Association.

Vice President, Member Success

As Vice President, Member Success, Jeff is responsible for leading the strategies and teams that deliver on member priorities.  

Jeff joined HealthPRO Canada in 2009 and has since held progressively senior roles, from contracting, implementation services to Member Support team Director in 2012. He is now applying his leadership and skills to building strong industry connections and business growth.  

In 2022, he earned the esteemed William Michael Foley Leadership Award for exemplifying commitment to his team, openness to new ideas, and fostering a sense of belonging.   

Jeff holds an Advanced Diploma of Business Administration from Centennial College in Toronto.
