Not long ago, I sat down with a pharmacy owner whose words have echoed in my mind ever since. She said:

“On the days I don’t feel like going to work at the pharmacy, I only have to remember the smiles on the faces of my patients when I counsel them and meet their health needs—and I jump right out of bed. That is my why.”

Simple. Profound. Genuine

In a world where pharmacy is often reduced to metrics, margins, and medication counts, it’s easy to forget that behind every prescription is a person. Behind every counseling session is a story. And behind every pharmacist is a purpose.
