HealthPRO Canada is delighted to welcome the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) to our national membership – so they can benefit from the largest buying power of the products and solutions they need to support First Nations to access the quality health care they deserve. 

As the first provincial health authority in Canada developed and led by First Nations, for over a decade the FNHA has served as a health and wellness partner to more than 200 diverse First Nations communities in British Columbia. The organization works with provincial and federal government partners to transform health care design and delivery to eliminate anti-Indigenous racism and enable First Nations to deliver culturally safe health and wellness services closer to home. The FNHA’s community-based services focus on health promotion and improving access to culturally-safe, quality health care through more than 130 wellness and healing centres and nursing stations across BC. Other services include First Nations health benefits, virtual primary care services, research and knowledge exchange, and support for community health and wellness planning, early childhood education and health infrastructure.
