The Survey for Commitment for Support Services contracts commencing December 1, 2020 is now available.

• 05695 Toner Cartridges – OEM, Remanufactured, and Generic (Compatible) 

Members are encouraged to complete the Survey for Commitment on the HealthPROCONNECT Portal no later than Wednesday, July 29, 2020.
