As part of HealthPRO’s enterprise-wide business transformation, our finance team recently shared a new sales report template with suppliers.

This reporting standardization will ensure we capture and share accurate and timely data to better inform you, our suppliers, of your contract performance.

 Benefits will include:

• Improved market trend forecasting
• More precise volumes at RFP
• Greater ability to assess member contract compliance
• Analytics such as market penetration for a product or product category

This change will also help HealthPRO: 

• Efficiently perform verification of member purchase data
• Decrease turnaround times for review of sales and rebates

All sales data submitted after February 15, 2023 will require use of the template. This means any outstanding sales reports up until February 15, 2023, whether they are submitted monthly, quarterly, or annually will have to use the new template.
