HealthPRO Canada is pleased to welcome the Regional Municipality of Peel to its membership! Peel Region is the second largest municipality in Ontario, with a population of more than 1.4 million people and 143,000 businesses in the cities of Brampton and Mississauga and the town of Caledon.  

To ensure a seamless integration, our Pharmacy Member Success Team visited Peel Paramedics to meet and onboard them through a comprehensive hands-on training session. This onboarding covered essential topics such as contract periods, award types, member portal navigation, supply disruptions management and support, and procedures for reporting product issues. The team also provided insights into the Contract Differentials Refund Service (CDRS) process and guided them through their line items to successfully place their first order.
