Canada’s healthcare system is the 3rd highest polluter per capita in the world and HealthPRO works with partners to raise awareness and empower procurement professionals to make more sustainable decisions in healthcare. We believe that a commitment to sustainability is multi-pronged and must include focus to the social, environmental and economic challenges. In our continued effort to actively seek out and implement more sustainable policies and practices, all our RFPs include a Sustainability Scorecard.

The Sustainability Scorecard makes up a percent of the total score of a supplier submission and is based on three factors: Supply Chain Sustainability and ISO 20400 compliance, Environmental measures (like Global Warming Potential) and Social Equity measures (like forced labour practices).
