service for our members. We are active in industry task forces and
process improvement initiatives. We interact regularly with
suppliers and customers to identify ways we can improve our
business.

Good Relationships With All Suppliers
We know the value of strong supplier
relationships. We want to build strong relationships with
all healthcare suppliers, whether or not we currently do business
with them. We are active in the marketplace and advocate for
a strong competitive environment that will benefit our membership.

Continuous Quality Improvement
We measure our progress on a regular basis
and look for opportunities for improvement. We listen and respond
to feedback regarding ways to improve our internal processes. We
advocate on behalf of our membership to influence and request
process improvements from suppliers and distributors.
