EASTERN BUNDLED-T CONTRACT

Under the Ontario T Service Agreement, your commodity charges will no longer appear on your utility bill. Your utility will continue to bill you the following regulated charges:

Monthly customer Charge
Delivery Charge
Load Balancing Charge (if applicable)
ECNG Inc. will invoice you for the following:

Commodity
Fuel Gas
TransCanada Pipeline Tolls
Utility Administration Fees (if applicable)
ECNG Fee
All of these costs associated with the supply and transportation were previously components of your utility bill.

It is important to note that gas charges billed to you by ECNG will be based on the gas delivered, rather than gas consumed. We have enclosed a sample accrual table to facilitate your budgeting requirements for this period. Your invoice will be generated, faxed and mailed to you between the 20th and 25th of the gas flow month.

HealthPRO and ECNG Inc act as your natural gas consultants and managers, and cannot make payment to your natural gas suppliers until you have made remittance on your account. In order for ECNG to pay your supplier and TCPL, it is imperative that we receive payment on or before the due date specified on your invoice. This will avoid late payment penalties or possible curtailment of your gas supply. Please confirm the name and contact information of the department responsible for the payment of your invoice.

If you have any questions please call at Paul Weingartner from HealthPRO at 905-568-3478 or Mike Parkes from ECNG Inc. at 905- 825-8877 ext. 140.
