Since 1994, Contract Management Services Ltd. (CMS) has grown to be one of the largest cooperatives of its kind in Atlantic Canada. Representing more than 22 hospitals and 59 nursing homes across the region, they have an annual purchasing volume of $48 million. A private business run by its member hospitals and nursing homes, CMS follows provincial and regional government procurement regulations and practices.
